
FEES:
The customer agrees to pay Andre’s Weddings in Thailand the fee specified on the Request for Services Agreement invoice(s), based on the any agreed (therein) set of items and services. Any subsequent new Request for Services Agreements will be created and issued as appropriate to each customer’s further requirements.
Any mutually agreed services such as Master of Ceremonies fees, travel expenses, flowers, altar set up, etc. are to be included in the Request for Services Agreement after consultation with the customer.
To secure a booking a non refundable deposit of 30% of the total agreed fee for the services specified in the original Request for Services Agreement, is to be paid by the customer upon receipt of the Request for Services Agreement invoice.
The remainder of the balance is due 30 days before the agreed wedding day.
Any modifications/additions to the Request for Services Agreement will result in a new Request for Services Agreement, that shall be issued to the customer , and for which full payment will be required 30 days prior to the agreed wedding date. If the new Request for Services Agreement is agreed upon and produced in less than 30 days from the agreed wedding date, the full amount due will be required immediately upon the customer’s receipt of the new Request for Services Agreement invoice.
TERM/TERMINATION
Each Request for Services Agreement will terminate automatically upon completion of the services described therein, or in the event of cancellation (see below).
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation by the customer:
Any changes/cancellation made to any Request for Services Agreement must be made in writing by the customer. In the event the customer is forced to change the date of the wedding, every effort will be made by Andre’s Weddings in Thailand to transfer location reservations, and The Wedding Coordinator support to the new date. The customer agrees that in the event of a date change any expenses including but not limited to deposits and fees that are non-refundable and non-transferable are the sole responsibility of the customer. There may also be additional charges above and beyond those set in the original Request for Services Agreement. Any further charges above and beyond those set in the original Request for Services Agreement will be put in writing and agreed with the customer prior to issuing the subsequent invoice for such modifications/additions to the service.
In an uncontrollable (force majeur) event that causes delay to a wedding appointment date and or time, the following surcharges will be applicable:

Up to 3 hours after the agreed wedding date and time, no surcharge. However, if flowers were supplied, there is no further obligation or guarantee of quality and sufficiency of the flowers in the wedding occasion.

From 3 to 6 hours after the agreed wedding date and time, surcharge of 20% of original Request For Services total bill, excluding any charges for flowers (order and/or arrangement).

From 6 to 9 hours after the agreed wedding date and time, surcharge of 30% of original Request For Services total bill, excluding any charges for flowers (order and/or arrangement).

From 9 to 12 hours after the agreed wedding date and time, surcharge of 40% of original Request For Services total bill, excluding any charges for flowers (order and/or arrangement).

After 12 hours after the agreed wedding date and time, there is no further surcharge, which remains at 40% of the original Request for Services total bill - excluding any charges for flowers (order and/or arrangement) – however, the ‘cut off point’ for the agreement to supply services has been reached. Thereafter, the previous Request for Services is rendered terminated status, and any future provision of services is deemed entirely new, and at the discretion and new agreement between the customer and Andres Weddings in Thailand.
In the event of a cancellation, refunds are limited to unearned fees. Deposits are non refundable and any earned fee will have to be paid in full within 30 days of cancellation.
The customer further understands that last minute changes can impact the quality of the event and that The Wedding Coordinator is not responsible for these compromises in quality. If the customer changes the date/location of the wedding and the wedding planner is unavailable to provide services, then the wedding planner is released from all Request for Services Agreement obligations and shall in no way be held responsible or liable for non-performance. The customer also forfeits all costs for non-compliance with this agreement.
iIn the event of postponement of the wedding date and/or time, the following postponement policy shall apply : Postponement Policy
Andre’s Weddings in Thailand will always do its best to find the top suppliers wherever the wedding location is, but cannot be held fully responsible for any supplier/service provider’s performance or product.
Cancellation by Andre’s Weddings in Thailand:
Should Andre’s Weddings in Thailand be unable to perform any specific tasks in the planning of a wedding, due to the wedding planner illness or hospitalization, unearned fees will be refunded and we will do our best to find a substitute Wedding Planner. Andre’s Weddings in Thailand is not responsible for any events of Force majeure preventing the wedding to happen, such as fire, flood, earthquake or any other natural or human acts.
The customer is responsible to pay Andre’s Weddings in Thailand as per the Request for Services Agreement(s). In the event full payment hasn’t been received by 30 days prior to the agreed wedding date, Andre’s Weddings in Thailand reserves the right to cancel the Request for Services Agreement and your wedding date & time may be re-booked by other parties, without exception. Payment will still be due to avoid legal action.
On the wedding day, the customer is responsible for all expenses outside of those items and services specified in the Request for Services Agreement(s).
Any items and services needed for the wedding (ceremony & venue) must be purchased or rented by the customer in advance. Andre’s Weddings in Thailand can facilitate this by providing items for sale and rent as per each individual Request for Services Agreement.
ANDRE’S WEDDINGS IN THAILAND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Andre’s Weddings in Thailand responsibilities comprise:

- Fair and reasonable number of consultations via email/telephone/internet chat/internet video call

- Up to two face to face consultations. Be aware an extra cost will be added for travel expenses if the meeting is more than 50km from the wedding planner’s office.

-Assistance with budget and breakdown of cost.

-Discussion of theme, style etc

-Find all suppliers/service providers as requested.

-Attendance at meetings with suppliers/service providers as requested. Be aware an extra cost will be added for travel expenses if the meeting is more than 50km trip from the wedding coordinator’s office.

-Visit to the ceremony and the reception site prior to the wedding.

- If requested, provide a detailed timeline to suppliers/service providers and bridal party.

-Contact with all suppliers/service providers 1-2 weeks before the wedding day.

-Day Coordination and supervision until the end of the wedding ceremony (to be discussed with the customer). The wedding Planner understands her/his role will be that of advisor and coordinator.
The customer will be consulted on all the selections of suppliers/service providers. The wedding coordinator will use her/his judgement when taking action in regard to changes, weather, tardiness, non performance etc. based on the situation, time limitations and/or the customer’s wishes. In the event of any supplier/service provider’s cancellation, Andre’s Weddings in Thailand may substitute a new supplier/ service provider with advance notice to the customer if possible, at its discretion, for which any additional costs are to be paid by the customer.
The customer gives permission and shall allow Andre’s Weddings in Thailand to use any photograph of them, the wedding ceremony/reception setting for viewing on our website for promotional purposes only.
The photographer’s name/website will be promoted underneath the photos (if applicable).
Andre’s Weddings in Thailand gives permission and shall allow the customer to use any photographs/videos in which the wedding planner appears. This agreement can only be modified in writing and all changes must be agreed and signed by all parties, or by the acknowledgment of email received by both parties.
ACCURACY:
The customer agrees that the accuracy of information supplied to Andre’s Weddings in Thailand is the sole responsibility of the customer, and that Andre’s Weddings in Thailand is not responsible and shall not be held liable for the results of services performed on the basis of inaccurate, incomplete or untruthful information furnished by The customer. The customer assumes full responsibility for acceptance of work or services performed and agreed upon, as well as final proofing and accuracy. Andre’s Weddings in Thailand is not responsible for errors or omissions. Corrections will be made at no charge if they are brought to Andre’s Weddings in Thailand ’s attention within 30 (thirty) days after project completion and acceptance. Corrections are not to be construed with changes.
